Managing Partner
Ryan Davis is Partner and Co-Founder of Terafirma. He has over 20 years of investment and risk management experience. Ryan began his career trading commodity futures and options at the New York Mercantile Exchange. After a period of market making on the floor, his passion for fundamental & technical analysis led him to a desk honing in on strategy development. Ryan also has a decorated background in business development and client acquisition. He has worked with a number of firms developing systematic trading programs that include various time frames and different investment philosophies. Ryan has been in the crypto asset space since 2017. Louis Deery
Louis Deery is Partner and Co-Founder of Terafirma. Prior to launching Terafirma, Louis traded agricultural commodities extensively in both physical and derivative markets. He traded at Lansing Trade Group supplying multinational food companies’ core raw materials. More recently, he has run a proprietary trading book, as well as coordinated risk management, global procurement, and supply chain functions for a major shipping & integrated agricultural conglomerate.
